Guest access

You will have access to the entire unit and all of the amenities in Palms Place including the fitness center, pool, spa, and 24 hour front desk. Some facilities or services may require additional charges.

Amenities are maintained by Palms Place and if closed for maintenance or required to close by law, the host is not responsible for closures during stay. The pool is open seasonally and is closed during the winter months.

Other things to note

Palms Place requires at least one guest on the reservation to be 21 years of age or older and a valid credit card in their name and ID is necessary for check in. When you check in, a deposit for incidentals will be taken from your card ($100 per day up to a maximum of $500). This deposit will be refunded to the guest upon checkout should no additional charges be incurred.

If the person who made the reservation on Airbnb will not be using their own credit card at check in that person must also be on the Airbnb reservation as well.

Upon checkout, a $135 cleaning fee is charged to your card on file. These fees are set by Palms Place for their housekeeping team.

Daily housekeeping and room service is not included. Three sets of towels and one set of soap/shampoo/conditioner is included per stay. If you require additional toiletries during your stay these must be purchased by the guest by contacting the front desk.
